Yes! The builder's agent represents the builder's best interests, not yours. Having your own representation ensures someone is advocating for you during contract negotiations, design selections, inspections, and closing, and it typically costs you nothing, as the builder pays the commission.
Yes. Getting pre-approved before touring homes puts you in a much stronger position when you're ready to make an offer. Sellers take pre-approved buyers more seriously, and you'll know exactly what price range to focus on.
VA loans allow eligible veterans and service members to purchase a home with no down payment and no private mortgage insurance (PMI).
